Mini CV:
Izumi is currently a master student of the Graduate Program in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (USP). In 2010 he obtained a degree in Social Sciences from the same university. Since January 2009, he is a research assistant at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (CEBRAP).
